Greetings SERF Delegate:

 

It is our prayer that the peace and blessings of God are upon you and your family as you continue forward in the work of the Kingdom.

 

According to the SERF By-Laws it is the responsibility of the current leadership to send out to every delegate a letter 60 days prior to the SERF Convention to bring awareness and a reminder that 2024 is a voting year for SERF.  Any Ordained Bishop may be nominated to the Executive Committee, however only those who meet the requirements (In Good Standing) shall be able to serve 

a. In good standing with the Church of God means active in church reports and attending state functions faithfully.

b. Requirements as set forth in the SERF Bylaws means attending the  conference and paying all assessments required by church or credentials. 

Elections shall be done in the following order: President, Vice President, Secretary / Treasurer.

 

The voting shall take place in our SERF Business Meeting on April 6, 2024 starting promptly at 8:30 am Saturday morning.  

 

As it relates to By-Laws Bishop Quarterman will gather the bylaws for the committee.   You can send the By-Laws to him via email at (jlquarte@mchsi.com) and can call at (229-854-1744 cell). Make sure that anything you would like to bring to the floor be sure to submit questions timely.

 

We are looking forward to your arrival at SERF 2024, as we  continue the  execution of  SERF 2024 theme, Harvest Committee 2024: Preservation…Not Elimination  through “homothumadon”(with one accord).”
